Obsidian Obsession

The Obsidian Reaper. Nightmares are made of that name alone.

The name you gave him because of the black reflective mask he wore that fateful night, three years ago.

You weren’t supposed to walk on him killing your abusive boyfriend that night, but you did. You witnessed it all: the violence, the blood, the purpose in each of his movements… And you lived to tell the tale.

Though, more than sparing your life, that lethal man had something come alive in you.

And since then, you’re determined to pierce the mystery of the Obsidian Reaper on your own. Well, almost on your own. Your sweet and protective neighbor is always there to bring you freshly baked pastries and make sure you stay hydrated during your endless hours of research, even if he thinks they’re turning into a ‘dangerous obsession’.

Maybe he’s right. But you can’t give up so close. You know where and when the serial killer will strike next. Now, all that remains is finding him.

Unless he’s already found you…

Because dangerous obsessions, like mirrors, can be dark, deceptive… and they can also go two ways.
